Ensuring optimal & efficient network designs, tools, topologies and configurations. - Defines and develops service levels and ensure its compliance. - Responsible for proper planning and maintenance of data center, hosted applications / services and related infrastructure components. - Analyze, develop, implement, maintain & test disaster recovery plans, with emphasis on business continuity. - Conducts research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of new IT Assets procurements or enhancement / upgrade of IT Assets. - Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, procedures manuals, and configuration sheets for network installations, including data, voice, and video systems. - Monitors / supervise servers, _link_s, networks and desktops for availability, unauthorized use & optimal utilization. - Monitors and tests network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports. - Provides technical guidance to Service and Support staff, Application Development staff and network engineers. - Ensures all equipment's, services are cost efficient and meets all Network Hardware, Communication requirements. __._
