Test1.51 fails when task affinity is enabled. Test1.51 checks that umask is propagated to spawned tasks. Unfortunately, the newly propagated mask prevents the cpuset code from creating the appropriate subdirectories. A mask of 0023 works, while the current mask 0123 fails.
