Hi, I am new.  I was wondering if anyone had VA completely ignore and stonewall you concerning outside medical/psych and personal statements _base_d on incorrect documentation in your military medical records.  An example is one doc in military said was from Phili and went on to say my condition pre-existed the military and I was in Western Psych prior to the service.  First off I am from Pgh not Philly and second Western Psych didn't even treat my condition at the time they claim I was there let alone it was on the other side of the state from Philly where he said I was from.  I eventually got proof from that hospital that states I was NEVER treated there and the records do go back that far and buddy statements from about 6 people that I never had this problem prior to the service.  Then I had a GI doctor volunteer to look at my records and he said that it was a result of neglecting to treat and even diagnose my condition.  Psych docs (3) have _link_ed my current problems to the military as well.  Then when I go for C&P's they fall right back to the original diagnosis _base_d on what the doc said in the military.  How do you get VA to recognize all these doctors and statements that negates everything the ONE C&P doctor had to say. P.S. Sorry for the caps in a couple places I wanted to underline but that is all I could think of to make the words stand out. Val
