The attached file contains an HTML version of a Word document. It has a contents list with Hypertext _link_s to Bookmarks and a series of Back to Index _link_s which work fine. When I paste or import this HTML document into Outlook Express, the hypertext _link_s are corrupted with a string similar to mhtml:mid://00000000/ which stops them working. If I edit the Hpertext _link_s in the source, I can get it to work. Alternatively, if I create the _link_s in Outlook Express not Word, I can get them to work. Outlook Express does not have bookmarks. Any simple solution?
