      OK, in the tradition of the Complete Autobot Army (A to Z) post I made a while back I give you the Complete Decepticon Army (A to Z) PLUS an organizational chart of ALL US Decepticon toys broken down by rank and function, as taken from the Tech-specs. (why the specs? because they're  they're the only Official and Universal listing of military ranks available. ) I've allways been interested in how the TF Armies were organized. This is my attempt at figuring it out.         I added the plus because this time I've included all availible UK exclusive Cons as well (ie: all the specs for them I could find on the web, which is MOST, but sadly not all)      So here we go, the COMPLETE US (and near-complete UK) Decepticon Army, from A to Z! Let me know what you think, especially about the way I broke them down and organized the army.   (oh, and cross your fingers Deja News doesn't mangle the format, or I'll have to do some rearanging and post again KEY:
