This is just going to splatter the inbound, you won't get enough sideways velocity to save the planet. A change in velocity should be as good as a change in direction, shouldn't it? The planet is moving as well, after all. In this case, no. Lets assume an intercept 1 light-hour out of a projectile at .9c and aimed for a central impact with Earth. Knocking it aside:  We need to impart 4000 mph to generate a miss. Slowing it that much, though, what happens?  At the moment that it would originally impact it's going to be still 4000 miles away.  It's going about 170,000 mps so that means it hits about 1/40th of a second later.  During that time the Earth moves less than half a mile. Extending this, we need to slow it by more than 8000 times as much as we need to deflect it. Of course if you hit it that hard a good deal of it is still going to be heading on a path that will miss the planet. Maybe all of it. One of the thing you learn from shooting through twigs is that hitting one can instantly change the path of the bullet hugely. Sure the missile/bullet might plow through a leaf or something and end up where it was aimed but nobody with experience is going to bet on that or expect it. If it hits a twig, no way. Your missile could change directions by thirty degrees or more while tumbling wildly. Tumbling won't change it's course one iota.  It's not in atmosphere! Tumbling/spin would just be a side effect of the impact if anything wasn't turned into plasma. I wonder if you would have a gyroscopic effect or if the rpms would be high enough to tear it apart? Maybe some of both?

Water-powered mobile phones on the market in 2010

Samsung Electro-Mechanics has developed a battery powered water into the cells. According to vehicle.world-auto.co.uk Number One Dubai Marina best.motorization4u.co.uk what we read on the Samsung, when incorporated into the cell, metal and water in the phone react, formed hydrogen. Gas flows into the cell, where he reacts with oxygen. New this so that other hydrogen cells need methanol to produce a Samsung device, only water. One micro-cell can produce three watts of power and as the Samsung is able to power the phone for car.online-auto.co.uk auto.online-auto.co.uk reviews.excellent-car.co.uk 10 hours non-stop conversation. This with an average of four hours per day talks, hydrogen cartridge would have to be replaced every five days. Samsung engineers from laboratories are confident that they could simplify the procedure, reducing load the phone for occasional topping up the water. The first device on the market may already be there for two years.
